What is Ourspace?

Our Space is an online baby shop. We have a whole range of baby products that are sold on the internet. Online shopping for baby products is very convenient as it avoids the trouble of going to a shop physically which is very time consuming and at times difficult.

This is also a platform for all those people who would like to send gifts to their loved ones.

We also do customize birthday return gifting and birthday parties.

Another area of our expertise is corporate gifting.

How can I be sure that the apparels offered on your website will be of good quality?

The products placed on the site are from reputed Brands. We try our best to ensure that the apparels are of best quality.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We try to deliver at the earliest and not later than 3 working days.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we do deliver all over India. Please allow approximately 4 working days for delivery.

Our delivery rules for Hyderabad and Bangalore are mentioned in the Hyderabad - Delivery & Discounts Page and Bangalore - Delivery & Discounts Page respectively. Delivery charges for other cities and towns will be at actuals.

What method of payments do you accept?

1.Cash on delivery (only in Hyderabad and Bangalore), or
2.Cheque on delivery (only in Hyderabad and Bangalore). Cheque to be made in favor of 'Ourspace.in'.
3.Bank to Bank Transfer

Are there any other charges?

Ourspace per se does not levy any additional charges, however Axis Bank charges for inter-branch, inter-city cash & cheque deposits. 

Therefore, to avoid this charge we request our customers to do an online bank-to-bank transfer.  We will send a scanned copy of the charges charged by the bank.  This charge is adjusted against your order. 

Can I get my order Gift Wrapped and include a Gift Message?

Free gift wrapping is available on all items in the gifts section. However, if you wish to gift an item from another section, a nominal amount of Rs. 10/- would be charged.

What happens to information I submit?

All details submitted will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, numbers, or any other information you give us.

Do you have a print catalog?

At this time we do not have a printed catalog.
We are always adding NEW lines and the best way for us to show our customers what we have available is our website.

Do we have a shop?

No. We do not have a physical shop. We are an online baby shop.
